Haylee has started to do so much, and I have been lucky enough to get some cute videos :) I am finally posting them haha

6 Months Old!

So it has been a while since my last post, so a lot has happened. Haylee is growing up every day, she is sitting very well on her own, and is eating baby food (she loves fruits and orange veggies, but the green veggies make her gag haha). She loves meeting new people and loves to hang out outside, she does not like being in her carseat in the back of her car by herself, she is definitely going to be a people person! Here are some pictures of her from the last couple of months :)

Time to Go Home..

So tonight is our last night in California, we have had a great trip, and have thouroughly enjoyed visiting Grandma and Grandpa and all our relatives. The weather has been great, now back to storms and humidity haha. Haylee has grown so much in this two and a half weeks, I cant believe how much she grows and changes every day. Next time we come to California she will be walking and talking! Hard to believe!

Just Hanging Out..

Haylee got to go shopping again today! We went to a few thrift shops and got her some clothes and a cool crib toy that bubbles and plays music, she loves it already! Every day she is growing and maturing, she now has control of her hands and loves to find her ears and twist them, and she is now starting to grab onto her toys and chew on them :) We ate at Carls Jr and she just stares at everyone eating, probably wondering why all she gets is formula! We are both enjoying our visit, and love hanging out with Grandma and Grandpa Anderson!

California!!

We flew into Oakland,California on August 3, and have been having fun ever since! Grandma and Grandpa Anderson drove us to Sonora, where we visited Aunt Karen, Uncle Alfred and all the cousins. We spent a day at the lake, and Haylee loved watching all of the people, and we all enjoyed the fresh air and warm weather. Haylee has decided she would much rather have Grandma Anderson hold her, apparently Mom is old news for now haha. She loves watching Grandpa Anderson too, every time he walks by she cranes her neck to watch him :) she will be four months old on Saturday,and is so inquisitive and attentive! Friday we are going to visit Great Great Grandma Davis, so I will post more pics then!

2 Months Old!

Cant believe how fast time is flying, my little girl is growing up quick! She is extremely observant and inquisitive about everything around her, and loves to go out and about. She will stare at you and just adores it when you talk to her, and she is even gurgling and cooing in response. She is just a bundle of smiles and laughs as long as I keep her well fed and dry diapered haha.

One Month Old!

Haylee is now one month old...cant believe it! Times is going by way too fast! She now weighs 8 and a half pounds and is 20 3/4 inches long. Outgrowing some of her clothes now :) She had a fun trip to Dubuque last weekend to spend time with her Aunt Meaghan and cousin Xander...Aunt Meaghan graduated from college! We were all so proud of her! Aunt Berly and Uncle Landon came backt his weekend so Haylee finally got to meet them! She is so attentive and loves to watch everything that is going on around her. She also likes wiggling and squirming and figuring out what her arms and legs can do. She "talks" constantly, even in her sleep; it is so adorable! I cant wait to spend every coming day with her, she is the best thing that has ever happened to me :)

One Week Old!

Haylee is now one week old and had her first doctor appointment today :) She has already gained 8 ounces and 1 inch and is already lifting her head on her own. She loves to see new places and people and is starting to focus on things rather than looking around blankly :)
